Every year since 1983 my collage friends have been doing a yearly ski trip. We have all met up at ski resorts all around the country. It started at Mamonth Mountain for the first ten years and moved on from there. From Vail to Whistler, Tahoe to Park City, Telluride to Mt. Baker. We have had from 20 people to 5 people but every year it happens. I just want to say that there is nothing better then catching up each year with the best friends anyone could ask for. There are less and less skiers each year but many have been coming for years just for the precious time we get to spend together. We tell the same old stories, play the same card game, listen to the same jokes over and over. I wouldn't miss it for anything.
There is something about the friends that you experienced collage with. They know you! They know all your little secrets. They have been there for the good times and the bad. Everyone has gone through changes. But when you have this much time under your belt, no matter what, we stick together. These are the people you go to when the shit hits the fan or if you need a special celebration. I love these guys like brothers! I feel so blessed to have them in my life and can't wait for another 20 years of unconditional friendship. God bless the Ski Trip!
